Included with the company registration is:
- a set of shareholder certificates
- a BEE certificate
- Company income tax registration with SARS.
A share certificate is legal proof of ownership of a company, issued to all shareholders.
A BEE Affidavit serves as a B-BBEE certificate in the case of Exempted Micro Enterprises (EME’s) where no other verification is required.
