Should you want to employ remote South African staff without opening a South African entity we can be your employer of record for South African Tax purposes.
Entities based outside of South Africa may not directly enter into a contract of employment.
Included in the service:
- Monthly payroll and tax administration
- South African employment contract
- Employee onboarding and termination
This price includes the first month’s service. When the service contract is signed a payment schedule will be set up for additional months of service.
